1. General Information

At Nailvana E.E., we take pride in the quality of our handmade press-on nails and aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.
This Return & Exchange Policy explains when and how you can request a return or exchange for products purchased through our online store.

2. Exchange for Wrong Size
​

If you purchased the wrong size of press-on nails, you may request an exchange for the correct size within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made by email to hello@nailvana.gr within the 14-day period.

  • You must include your order number, customer name, and the new size you wish to receive.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong size sent).

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send the replacement in the correct size.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
​

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at flickaluo@gmail.com.
We will replace the item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.

To process your claim efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or error​

 
4. Returns and Refunds (Other Cases)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for press-on nails that have been used, opened, or custom-made (e.g., personalized colors or designs).

However, if a return is approved for other reasons, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Email us at hello@nailvana.gr with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely in its original packaging to the address provided.

  4. Once received, we will process your exchange or refund as applicable.

 
6. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment; tracked shipping is recommended.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
